I had an issue with my order, but they fixed it quickly. Not sure, there was just something about it that made the whole thing feel less stressful. Appreciate the help.

I was relieved to find most of the gifts I needed on familygiftsforlife.com, especially after checking a few other sites and seeing the same kinds of things sold out. It felt like a little win because I was starting to get annoyed with the whole search.

That said, one item I really wanted was out of stock, which was disappointing for a minute. But then I found a few other options that worked, so it wasn’t a total loss. Overall, I had a good experience, though I do wish the stock updates were a bit clearer.

Customer service did eventually get back to me and answer my question, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I did have to send a follow-up first, and the delay was longer than I think is reasonable when someone’s waiting on help. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just feels like responding a bit faster would be the right thing to do for customers.

I ordered this as a gift and overall it went smoothly. The tracking updated fine, which helped me keep an eye on it, and like i said, that made it less stressful. The package did show up a little later than expected, but like i said, it still arrived okay and the order worked out...

I mean, it’s not bad overall. I’m not totally sure it’s the best value for the price, but it does the job and I don’t really have any major complaints.
